Bath affected part with hot water or apply a warm wash cloth to open the pores. Apply Essential Oil and massage for at least one minute. Lightly apply a lubricant. In severe cases, apply a warm compress again. For chronic pain, apply Essential Oil 3 times a day for the first day, then twice a day for the next ten days.

Sprinkle a few drops of Essential Oil on a cloth or tissue and breathe in through the nose, exhaling from the mouth for 30 seconds. Children over 6 and older, inhale three times. Essential Oil may also be applied locally to pressure points or troubled areas.

COLD SORES, CANKER SORES, RASHES, INSECT BITES, POISON IVY / OAK, PSORIASIS

Apply Essential Oil to the affected area, covering lightly with a lubricant (petroleum jelly etc). Repeat application several times per day.

BURNS / SUNBURN

Immediately apply Essential Oil directly to burn and let dry, applying again as necessary. In many burn cases, Essential Oil will prevent blistering.
