Bath affected part with hot water or apply a warm wash cloth to open the pores. Apply Essential Oil and massage for at least one minute. Lightly apply a lubricant. In severe cases, apply a warm compress again. For chronic pain, apply Essential Oil 3 times a day for the first day, then twice a day for the next ten days.
